The Mojave Accords were a peace agreement between Infinite Waters (Diving Deep) and Bill Wurtz. They gathered with many prominent members of the astral plane to create a treaty over their dispute about intervention in the lives of lower dimensional entities. Wurtz and Waters held the accords on a nonexistent date in order to invite the members of the astral plane who did not exist yet or were not able to be there.
The Mojave Accords were split into 3 separate hearings with a celebratory pizza party to celebrate the finalization of the new peace agreement.
The first hearing took approximately 6 hours (2.5 minutes with inclusion of the 4th dimension) and served as an introduction to the accords. Wurtz and Waters prefaced the hearing by explaining the reason for the assembly and their dispute. The members then proceded to briefly explain their opinions on the matter. After that, the members of the accords decided to take a break.
The second hearing lasted for approximately 10 hours (1 minute with inclusion of the 4th dimension). The members first discussed their varying viewpoints and then split into likeminded groups to decide major talking points. After this, the members worked together to summon the interstellar snare drum. The drum served as the soundtrack for the rest of the second hearing, in which the members came together to debate the main topic. Although the hearing went smoothly, an unknown conflict at the end of the debate between the cooked legumes hound and Kelpy G caused the hearing to be interrupted.
The final hearing went on for 3 hours (16 minutes with inclusion of the 4th dimension) and served as a final convolution of the major points stated in the debate, which were transcribed by Cornelia C. Contralto II and formulated into a peace agreement.
