Xnopyt is a popular astral game designed by Scom Tott. The exact origins of the game and its elusive creator are unknown. To date, no one willingly seeking out to play the game has succeeded.
Xnopyt is played with two or more players. The game can only be played with an entity known as Scom Tott, who will take unsuspecting patrons to an unknown dimensional plane. No one has ever willingly traveled there.
Each player will pour a random amount of the contents of an infinite cauldron filled with an infinite variety of objects into their respective box. The object of the game is to empty your box. This is done by depositing the contents of your box. Each player will have a random number of objects in their box. Players can put objects in either one at a time or through combining a maximum of three objects into one. Once an object or object combination is placed, that becomes the only way in which all other instances of that object/object combination can be placed (e.g., if a lone pencil is placed, then all other pencils must be deposited by themselves; if two pencils are combined and then deposited, then two pencils must be combined together before they can be deposited).
The number of objects in each players box is random, along with what kinds of objects are poured inside. Estimates put the average number of objects in each create anywhere between 30 and 4 googols. Games have taken anywhere from 10 minutes to 2.5 quintillion (earth) years to complete.
To date, Scom Tott has not lost a match.
No known being other than Scom Tott can initiate games of Xnopyt. No one to date has played more than one matche with him either. No one has succeeded in accessing his residing dimension without his help.
When Paul Johnson was summoned, he initially refused to play the game due many American flags being present in his box. After adding a few copies of the Communist Manifesto to his box, Johnson played a 4.5 hour match. Tott won by a landslide
Francescoa Huberto was beaten in only one move, despite each player's boxes containing more than three pieces. To date, no scientist has figured out the means of Tott's victory.
When Will Burtz was summoned, him and Tott played a match lasting 13.4 million years. According to Burtz, Tott claimed that he was his "toughest opponent he's played against in all of the Astral realm"
