Bill the Dolphin

Bill the Dolphin (full name: The Almighty Allknowing Grand Magistrate Agha Air Marshal Anax Baron Consul Elder Doctor Grand Master Lonko Head Honcho Post Master General Doctor William stevialoshakhramolamanusha, often stylized as bill the dolphin) is a 12-dimensional superbeing residing in the 2nd annex of the 3rd sector of 548-U10. On Earth, they are percieved as a jazz musician and online content creator, well known for his projects where they explain how they created Earth and the therein residing landmass referred to as Japan, along with songs where they warn humanity of the impending apocalypse and talk about his regret of creating humans and the planet Earth.

Little is known about Bill, although he is known to graciously answer any question his followers may have. Bill seems to have been around since the beginning of time, with the first mention of him in documents by Sir Plant. Despite having created Earth, humans do not pay very many respects to Bill, many accrediting this to the reason behind the downfall of human society. Bill did gain fame for releasing his projects documenting the creation of Japan and the Earth, along with a few much shorter poetic works.

Bill started his art circa 2009 in Earth years and began to gain an audience in 2014.

chronicles of nipon and annals of the whole world, i suppose

In 2016, Bill released his work chronicles of nipon in which he chronicles his process of creating Japan. Because of the subjective nature of the video, Bill's thought process and motivation for the creation of Japan is unclear.

In 2017, Bill released annals of the whole world, i suppose, in which he describes the creation of Earth. Similar to chronicles of nipon, His motivation is unknown.

Relationships

Bill has an on-going conflict with superbeing Detective Bluenote Mindpretzel (Swimming Deeply). Long ago, Bill and Mindpretzel were one being, known as Minddolphin (Swimming Stevely). Eventually, This being was tasked with monitoring the development of all lower lifeforms and over time, it became conflicted about aiding the development of said lifeforms. One half of it, which later became Mindpretzel, wanted to help guide lower lifeforms while the other half, soon to become Bill the Dolphin, opted to maintain a distance from lower lifeforms, believing higher lifeforms should interfere as little as possible and allow lower lifeforms to freely choose their paths in life. Because of the tension in binding light particles, the being split into two beings now becoming Bil and Mindpretzel. This has resulted in numerous territorial conflicts in the Astral Plane and other conflicts in order to gain posession of lower dimensional beings. These conflicts have mostly stopped through the efforts of the Mojave Accords.
