Detective Bluenote Mindpretzel (Swimming Deeply) is a 12th dimensional superbeing and the leader of the Eastern Realm Confederation. Mindpretzel is known for his longstanding feud with fellow 12th dimensions being, Bill the Dolphin. In his true form, Mindpretzel is hard to comprehend to anyone of a lower dimensional level than his own. In his 3rd dimensional form, Mindpretzel appears as a young man of average height with brown eyes and black hair. He is commonly seen wearing brightly colored suits or casual wear such as t-shirts and jeans, and often wears necklaces with healing crystals and gemstones such as tiger's eye. Mindpretzel has been rarely seen outside of his 3rd dimensional appearance. In one instance in the 4th dimension, Minpretzel's form was noted as "[being] in the uncanny valley" by an observer.
Mindpretzel is known to manifest around locations with a high 3rd Eye Chakra energy concentration, and takes particular interest in the spiritual health the human race. Little is known of his true intentions, but in his spiritual teachings, Mindpretzel claims to be in service of humans and wants to help then achieve new spiritual heights.
Mindpretzel is deeply fond of the human race, and claims to be working in its best interest. Although he remains mostly neutral in Earth's affairs, he has noted and condemned the actions of specific people and governments in his seminars; specifically, he has voiced his concern over the actions of Secret Agent Randy Beans' efforts in suppressing spiritual knowledge on behalf of the US government.
Mindpretzel is in ongoing conflict with fellow 12th dimensional superbeing and dimensional administrator, Bill the Dolphin. In ancient times, Bill and Mindpretzel were one being which historians call Minddolphin (Swimming Stevely). Minddolphin, being a respected 14th dimensional being, was tasked with monitoring the development cycles of the universe. Over time, entity grew conflicted over over whether higher dimensional beings should be involved in the affairs of lower dimensional ones. This conflict escalated, eventually causing a tear in Minddolphin's metaphysical makeup. This tear resulted in the cessation of the deity into to opposing halves, Detective Bluenote Mindpretzel and Bill the Dolphin. Mindpretzel believes that higher dimensional beings deserve a place in the developmental periods of lower dimensional ones, while Bill believes that higher dimensional beings must only observe the growth of lower dimensions ones to ensure the most optimal result. This difference of opinion has resulted in many territorial conflicts in the Astral Plane; among other things, the goals of these have been to secure as many lower dimensional beings under one side's jurisdiction and influence them as each sees fit. However, in the wake of the Mojave Accords, these conflicts have mostly stopped.
